I don’t want to play this game anymore. Can I be refunded?

Unfortunately, refunds are not available for activated keys.

As NEO, we sell digital products like keys, gifts, and accounts, not the games themselves. We guarantee that the keys we provide will work and add the correct game to the intended platform. Once a key or gift is activated, and the game is added to your account, we cannot consider it faulty. This means we cannot offer a refund in such cases.

We also lack the ability to reactivate keys or gifts, nor can we remove the game from the account where the key was used. Therefore, even if we wanted to, we wouldn't be able to accept a return and issue a refund based solely on wanting to stop playing the game.
